Design and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring robust, fast, and scalable deployments.. . Develop tooling to enable the creation and management of ad-hoc Avalanche blockchain networks across local and distributed environments.. . Build observability frameworks capable of collecting, analyzing, and comparing system performance across multiple versions and configurations.. . Implement chaos engineering and fuzz testing to validate the stability and resilience of consensus algorithms and peer-to-peer protocols.. . Contribute to performance optimization efforts through strategic data collection and automated analysis.. . Collaborate across Platform Engineering to improve software quality and support large-scale development and testing initiatives.. . Drive internal developer productivity by building platforms that enable reliable testing, debugging, and deployment workflows.. . . 10+ years of programming experience, with at least 4 years working in large, collaborative codebases.. . 2+ years of experience with Go and/or Rust.. . Strong foundation in computer science, systems engineering, and software reliability.. . Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI).. .
