You will build high-performance pipelines, integrate data from diverse sources, and collaborate with teams to develop insights that empower organizations to make better decisions and maximize their impact. Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Google BigQuery to unify data across product lines.. . Build comprehensive data models to surface key metrics on nonprofit performance and health.. . Integrate off-the-shelf AI services and large language models to deliver intelligent data features.. . Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and support product initiatives.. . Maintain and scale cloud-based data infrastructure (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ensure data reliability.. . Implement automated data validation systems to maintain integrity and accuracy.. . Write and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, architecture, and AI integrations.. . Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions while optimizing cloud resource usage.. . . . 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, with strong expertise in Google BigQuery (Snowflake or Redshift also a plus).. . Advanced SQL proficiency and strong data transformation and analysis skills.. . Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools like Fivetran, Stitch, or Airbyte.. . Familiarity with integrating AI platforms such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.. . Proficiency in Python or similar languages for data manipulation and AI integrations.. . Solid grasp of data modeling, pipeline architecture, and API integrations.. . Strong cloud knowledge (ideally Google Cloud Platform) and familiarity with CI/CD practices.. .
