You’ll play a key part in improving customer adoption of AI features, supporting renewals, and driving measurable performance improvements across ecommerce platforms. This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in the U.S., and offers the opportunity to shape strategic decisions through impactful data insights.. Accountabilities:. . Analyze first- and third-party analytics and A/B testing data to assess search and discovery performance. . Collaborate with clients to identify optimization opportunities and improve AI feature adoption. . Link search performance indicators (e.g., CTR, CVR) to broader business outcomes like revenue and customer lifetime value. . Deliver ROI analyses to support business cases for adoption, renewal, or resource allocation. . Guide customers on ranking efficiency, relevance tuning, and configuration improvements. . Contribute thought leadership across internal teams in sales, customer success, and engineering. . Customize data narratives to match client maturity and search journey progression. . . 7+ years of experience as a data or business analyst, preferably in ecommerce. . 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, engineers, and product managers. . 2+ years of experience in search relevance or ranking optimization. . Strong analytical skills with structured and unstructured data sets. . Proficiency with web analytics tools and A/B testing in a commercial environment. . Ability to perform root cause analyses and translate data into actionable insights. . Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. .
