This role offers the opportunity to lead healthcare provider (HCP) marketing strategy for a key oncology brand, shaping how providers engage with clinical data and patient solutions. The Director will be responsible for developing compelling, scientifically accurate messaging, creating high-impact field resources, and driving HCP engagement across multiple touchpoints. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, market access, and alliance partners to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep clinical understanding with strategic marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Develop and execute HCP marketing strategy aligned with brand vision, lifecycle stage, and competitive landscape.. . Own and manage the HCP messaging platform, ensuring alignment across campaigns, peer-to-peer education, and field tools.. . Translate complex clinical data into engaging, compliant, and actionable messaging for Urologists, Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, and APPs.. . Create and oversee promotional materials and resources supporting field engagement and education.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Omnichannel, Patient Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory, to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.. . Coordinate co-promotional activities with alliance partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.. . Apply market research, field insights, and performance data to refine strategy and optimize HCP engagement.. . Manage agency partners and internal processes to deliver high-quality marketing assets efficiently.. . Ensure all content complies with Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and regulatory standards.. . . Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.. . 10–15 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical marketing (8–12 years with a Master’s).. . Significant experience in HCP marketing, ideally in oncology and/or urology.. . Demonstrated ability to lead clinically credible promotional initiatives and execute with speed and precision.. . Experience supporting field teams, speaker programs, and navigating PRC processes.. . Proven success in alliance or matrix organizational environments.. . Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate science into actionable marketing.. .
