Manage and maintain the Shopify website, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions. . Optimize product pages, collections, and category layouts for maximum conversion and user experience. . Implement merchandising strategies for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. . Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for assets, visuals, and content updates. . Multi-Channel Optimization . Optimize product listings and sales performance across Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms. . Ensure consistent product data, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across all channels. . Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. . Implement A/B tests, recommendations, and other optimizations to improve engagement and conversion. . . Analytics & Reporting . Track KPIs across all channels (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS, CTR) and provide actionable insights. . Generate regular performance reports to guide merchandising and marketing decisions. . Use analytics tools to monitor customer behavior, identify trends, and inform website improvements. . Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine digital campaigns based on data insights. . Listing Optimization & SEO . Optimize product listings for SEO, readability, and search performance within Shopify and digital marketplaces. . Maintain accurate meta titles, descriptions, tags, and structured data to improve discoverability. . Work with paid media and organic marketing teams to ensure listing alignment with campaigns. . Cross-Functional Collaboration . Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. . Provide feedback on website functionality, user experience, and customer journey improvements. . Support product launches, digital campaigns, and promotional strategies across all sales channels. . . Requirements: . . 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, website management, or digital merchandising. . Strong hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms. . Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Shopify analytics, or similar). Experience optimizing product listings, merchandising, and conversion strategies. . Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites. . Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously. .
