Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand job requirements and team dynamics.. . Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, providing a positive experience.. . Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top-tier talent effectively.. . Participate in team discussions, sharing ideas and strategies to enhance talent support initiatives.. . Engage in continuous professional development to refine your recruitment skills and knowledge.. . Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous..
