HubSpot Onboarding Specialist at OneIMS Group. OneIMS Group is seeking a dedicated HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and successful implementation of HubSpot tools tailored to their specific business needs.. Responsibilities. . Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new HubSpot clients, ensuring they fully understand the platform's capabilities.. . Customize HubSpot setups according to clients' business objectives and industry requirements.. . Provide ongoing training and support to clients, helping them maximize their use of HubSpot’s features.. . Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.. . Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and client success.. . Create and maintain documentation on onboarding processes and guidelines for ongoing improvement.. . . 2+ years of experience in onboarding or customer success roles, preferably within a b2b environment.. . In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.. . Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.. . Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.. . HubSpot Certification in Onboarding or Implementation is a plus.. . Preferred Qualifications. . Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.. . Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot.. .
