Key Responsibilities:. End-to-End Product Support:. Provide legal guidance throughout the entire product lifecycle - from initial regulatory research (discovery phase), through UX / UI design reviews (to avoid dark patterns, ensure price transparency, to final implementation.. EU Digital Regulation:. Serve as the subject matter expert on consumer protection and digital platform regulations, including Omnibus Directive, DSA, P2B Regulation, and the AI Act. . Fintech & Payments Compliance:. Advise on regulations concerning payment services, financial intermediation, and electronic payment instruments (including PSD2).. Global Project Management:. Coordinate complex and cross-border legal projects. Cooperate with in-house counsels, external advisors, and internal teams in various jurisdictions to ensure alignment between markets.. Contracting & Drafting:. Strong focus on reviewing and drafting contracts, commercial agreements, and Terms of Service for both B2B and B2C users.. IP & Data:. Apply a practical understanding of IP principles and GDPR (in a consumer/marketing context) to product features. Knowledge about managing and protection of trade marks would be an asset. . Requirements:. Experience:. min. 3 years of post-graduate experience. This experience could be gained in a law firm, e-commerce / marketplace environment, or within a new technology firm or department.. Domain Expertise:.
