TrekkSoft is looking for a Sales Manager. This is a hands-on sales role that will spend the majority of time closing deals, but also includes working closely with marketing on building the sales pipeline. . You will own the sales pipeline and drive deal closing through inbound and outbound approaches. Experience in these areas alongside a strong understanding of digital marketing in the SaaS segment, and a passion for the travel industry. Experience in B2B software sales in the Travel industry is a big plus, but can be substituted by experience in B2B digital sales.. A key function of this role is to build and foster synergies between Marketing and Sales with a focus on generating and qualifying the right leads so that meaningful clients join the service. Do note that most of your time will be spent on first-hand selling. In this role, your ability to make an impact in an agile SaaS company should be a primary driver and source of success.. Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with TrekkSoft’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).. . Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers, develop top-of-funnel strategies (ToF) in collaboration with Marketing, and continuously explore new lead sources.. . Outreach: Engage with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate interest and drive opportunities.. . Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver tailored product demonstrations that focus on customer pain points and highlight how TrekkSoft adds value to their business.. . Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects. Represent TrekkSoft at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company’s reach and visibility.. . Negotiation & Closing: Address objections, manage pricing discussions, and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.. . Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage all sales activities and opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.. . Strategic Sales & Marketing Alignment: Contribute to defining the overall sales and marketing approach based on product positioning, market trends, and available resources.. . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to provide feedback from the field, refine the product-market fit, and articulate clear and compelling USPs.. . Performance Reporting: Regularly review and report on sales and marketing KPIs to senior management.. .
