We’re seeking a . full-time, remote Finance Analyst, Supply Chain. to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across our entire supply chain. In this newly created role, you’ll collaborate with teams from Accounting to Operations, R&D, Procurement, and Logistics to optimize performance, improve margins, and ensure our financial strategies align with company goals.. As the Supply Chain Finance Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, your responsibilities will include:. . Analyze and identify areas of opportunity within the Company’s supply chain costs, including manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Partner with teams to evaluate and support cost-saving initiatives.. . Prepare and analyze KPI performance reports, highlighting key cost drivers and operational trends.. . Assist in the monthly close process including budget to actual report preparation and variance analyses.. . Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for supply chain-related expenses.. . Maintain procurement planning tool and aid in Raw Material and Finished Good Inventory management.. . Act as a key liaison between the finance team and supply chain stakeholders.. . Provide financial support for capital projects and business case development as needed.. . Continuously improve reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to enhance data visibility and decision-making.. . Contribute to automation and digitization efforts in financial reporting and analysis.. . Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested.. .  . What will make you successful in this role:. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred. . 2-3 years of financial analysis experience. . Solid understanding of supply chain and cost accounting principles. . Experience in food or CPG industry a plus. . Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends. . Adaptable in fast-changing environments. . Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills. . Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. . Effective communicator with ability to influence cross-functional teams. . Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning tools; NetSuite and Vena preferred. .
