Provide outstanding customer support to clients in German via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services.. . Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.. . Process orders and provide real-time updates on order status and delivery times.. . Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.. . Maintain a detailed and organized record of customer interactions and transactions.. . Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.. . . Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage industry.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers.. . Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns in a timely manner.. . Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.. .
