Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries. . Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our retail offerings. . Stay informed about the latest trends in the retail industry to provide knowledgeable support. . . Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills. .
