We are seeking a seasoned Fleet Maintenance Process Manager to lead and manage shop operations and maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fleet maintenance, shop operations, and process management, with a solid track record in establishing and managing maintenance operations across geographies. . . Responsibilities:. . Manage maintenance and shop operations in Latin America, ensuring high service quality and fleet uptime.. . Establish and maintain maintenance operations in Latin America aligned with corporate standards.. . Collaborate with North American leadership to align maintenance standards, safety, and compliance.. . Train and develop local maintenance teams on equipment, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.. . Work cross-functionally with fleet management, procurement, and operations to enhance maintenance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.. . Foster cultural alignment and smooth collaboration between Latin America and North America teams.. . Monitor KPIs such as fleet uptime, maintenance costs, and safety.. . Drive continuous improvements in maintenance processes, parts management, and shop productivity.. . Lead change management efforts around new technologies and quality standards.. . Manage vendor relationships and parts sourcing for Latin America operations.. . Provide technical guidance, training, and performance management to maintenance staff.. . . 5+ years in Fleet Maintenance, Shop Operations, or Maintenance Management.. . Proven success in maintenance operations, especially in international settings.. . Strong background in heavy-duty truck maintenance, diesel engines, and fleet operations.. . Technical certifications in automotive technology or equivalent experience preferred.. . Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.. . Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.. . Extensive travel to Latin America and North America required.. . Preferred Qualifications:. . Experience managing maintenance teams across North America or Latin America.. . Familiarity with fleet management systems and maintenance tracking software.. .
