We are seeking a strategic and visionary VP of People Operations - Manufacturing to lead our People initiatives on the manufacturing side of Our Home. This position will focus on aligning our organizational objectives with our manufacturing people strategies, fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with the executive team to drive transformation and ensure that our people operations effectively support the company's mission and goals.. As the VP of People Operations-Manufacturing, you will report to the Head of People Operations and be responsible for creating and implementing innovative People strategies that promote workforce engagement, recruitment excellence, and robust talent development programs tailored to our manufacturing environment. You will be a champion of our core values and ensure they are reflected throughout the employee lifecycle.. Key Responsibilities. . Develop and execute an overarching manufacturing People Operations strategy that aligns with Our Home’s business objectives and values as well as enhances our manufacturing capabilities. . Lead the manufacturing People team in driving initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning. . Foster a high-performance culture centered on inclusivity, innovation, and accountability across all manufacturing facilities. . Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement effective solutions for organizational challenges and workforce needs. . Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations within the manufacturing sector and ensure effective risk management. . Develop and manage metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of People initiatives and inform decision-making. . Act as a trusted advisor to executives on all People-related matters, including performance management, succession planning, and organizational design. . Lead change management efforts to support operational improvements and enhance employee experience. . . 10+ years of progressive People leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. . Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and execution, with a strong understanding of workforce dynamics in manufacturing. . Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams effectively. . Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and regulations related to the manufacturing industry. . Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization and build effective relationships with key stakeholders. . Exceptional communication and presentation skills. . Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives. . Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. . Willingness to travel up 50% to support facilities and operations - 10 locations nationally. . Company Location: United States.
