Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and compliance. . Recruit, train, and support team members to meet or exceed product and strategy training requirements. . Establish clear performance goals and provide continuous feedback through field visits and performance reviews. . Analyze regional market dynamics to identify business opportunities and optimize resource allocation. . Develop and execute regional business plans that align with national sales strategy. . Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders such as Managed Markets, Medical Affairs, and Sales Operations. . Monitor and report on regional KPIs and implement strategic adjustments as needed. . Ensure ethical and compliant behavior in all customer interactions and internal operations. . . Bachelor’s degree required. . Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience; CNS and launch experience preferred. . At least 3 years of field sales management experience. . Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. . Proven success in developing and executing localized business plans. . Experience working with KOLs, managed care, and organized customer groups. . Ability to interpret market data, assess performance metrics, and drive business outcomes. . High level of adaptability, resilience, and initiative. . Willingness to travel overnight as required. . Company Location: United States.
