HR&PAYROLL Representative, France & Benelux at GoGlobal. Description. :. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in France and solid knowledge of Benelux legislation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic international environment, has hands-on experience with French payroll, and is eager to build trusted relationships while ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR and payroll processes.. Role & Responsibilities. :. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws across France and the Benelux, covering all Employee Life Cycle activities. . Manage local onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with global standards. . Draft and administer employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related documentation (e.g., salary letters, work certificates, post-employment documents). . Coordinate employee integration, local benefits administration, and time-off management. Act as support for payroll enrollment queries and employment-related processes. . Oversee and support French payroll activities in collaboration with external payroll providers: . Collect and validate monthly payroll inputs (new hires, leavers, absences, bonuses, overtime, variable pay). . Ensure compliance with French labor law, social security, and tax obligations. . Review and validate payroll reports, ensuring accuracy before processing. . Respond to employee payroll-related queries and liaise with external payroll vendors. .  . Act as the first point of contact for all HR and payroll-related questions, providing guidance to employees and managers. . Support government reporting obligations, audits, and compliance checks where required. . Maintain personnel files and payroll records in line with GDPR and confidentiality standards. . Keep abreast of legislative changes in HR and payroll, particularly in France, and communicate implications to stakeholders. . Support immigration processes and documentation for employees and dependents when required. . Collaborate closely with managers, employees, and external providers, ensuring effective HR operations across the region. .
