Accountabilities. . Design, build, and maintain modern build, test, and deployment systems to boost reliability and reduce friction for engineering teams.. . Develop scalable monitoring and observability solutions to quickly surface critical production issues.. . Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver infrastructure that supports key company initiatives and smooth product launches.. . Gather and act on feedback from engineering teams to continuously enhance developer tooling and platform effectiveness.. . Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.. . Influence company-wide architecture decisions by actively participating in technical discussions.. . Document systems and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.. . . 5 to 7 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles, with proven success in cross-team collaboration and developer tooling.. . Strong expertise with Kubernetes (especially EKS), container orchestration, and AWS cloud infrastructure management.. . Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability tools and practices, particularly Datadog.. . Demonstrated experience leading CI/CD pipeline implementations that enhance developer productivity and software quality.. . Skilled in mentoring engineers and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.. . Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate developer needs into actionable requirements.. . Strong troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems.. .
