The PrePass marketing team is tasked with expanding the PrePass brand. We are energized by the prospect of breaking ground in our field and making a positive impact within the transportation industry. We are looking for a conceptual art director with a strong background in traditional and digital design and a passion for brand building. This person not only loves trucking but is skillful and creative in crafting effective creative solutions that share the PrePass story and purpose with our customers.. As the Senior Art Director, you’ll work with the Creative Director/Director of Marketing Comms as well as the larger Marketing team to uplevel the visual aesthetic of the brand, build out performance-driven marketing campaigns and collateral, and deliver amazing brand experiences across all touchpoints. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.. What You’ll Do. Brand and Creative Strategy. . Evolve and refine the PrePass visual brand identity across internal and external channels . . Develop impactful design solutions informed by research, insights, data, and industry trends . . Generate strong conceptual ideas aligned with strategic business goals . . Clearly articulate design rationale, concepts, and visual direction to key stakeholders . . Contribute to all phases of the design process: research, brainstorming, concept sketches, mood boards, rationale write ups, storyboards, wireframes, user flows, layouts, and photo art direction. . Collaboration and Tools. . Collaborate effectively with internal cross functional teams and external vendors . . Use design and marketing tools such as Asana, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite . . Support digital content creation and help manage the website, social media, email, and other marketing channels. . Project and Event Execution. . Manage day to day workflow while meeting deadlines across multiple projects . . Coordinate marketing events like webinars, trade shows, and product launches, ensuring logistics and promotional assets are ready . . Develop and oversee marketing project plans including timelines, deliverables, and performance reporting . . Track program impact through budget management and marketing performance metrics . . Support execution of marketing programs including email campaigns, social media, content, and events. . Who You Are. . 7+ years of art direction experience across web, mobile, and print, gained at an agency, startup, or in-house team . . Proven expertise in brand building, including the creation of high-impact web, print, email, and social media experiences . . Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and embracing change with confidence . . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions through a strategic business lens . . A sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision at every level of the creative process . . A champion of innovation with a track record of scaling design solutions to meet project goals and constraints . . Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within fast-moving teams . . A self-starter who takes full ownership of design projects, both large and small . . Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage resources and timelines across multiple initiatives . . Deep understanding of brand development, interaction design, digital marketing, and the end-to-end creative process, including emerging tools and technologies . .
