Select, cut, and organize footage for maximum impact. . Use text, graphics, and pacing creatively to elevate the edit. . Collaborate with the team on content ideas and trends. . Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts formats. . What We’re Looking For:. . Experience in UGC or short-form editing is preferred.. . Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling. . Ability to work with a variety of content: beauty, celebs, crime, animals, food, ASMR, hacks, etc.. . Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software). . Understanding of platform trends, hooks, and viral formats. . Creative mindset with an eye for detail and engagement tactics. .
