Assist case managers with . administrative and documentation tasks. . Perform . data entry and record updates. in systems such as CentralReach or Brellium . Support . ABA quality assurance processes. , including reviewing documentation for completeness and compliance . Maintain and organize . client records and service documentation. . Ensure accuracy of . treatment plans, session notes, and related data. . Coordinate with team members to track documentation and case progress . Identify and report discrepancies or missing information in client records . Support internal processes related to . ABA service documentation and compliance. Prior experience with . CentralReach and/or Brellium. preferred . Experience in . ABA services, ABA quality assurance, or ABA-related data entry. . Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy . Excellent organizational and time-management skills . Ability to work independently and meet deadlines . Strong written communication skills . Experience working remotely or as a virtual assistant is a plus . Preferred Qualifications. Background in . Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. . Familiarity with . insurance documentation and compliance for ABA services. .
