JobType: full-time. As the Founding QA Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end testing for both our core product and client-specific implementations. You will design and implement testing protocols, create and execute test cases, and guarantee that every product release—whether for demonstration or live use—is stable, reliable, and prepared for enterprise deployment.. Your Responsibilities. 1. Product Quality and Stability. Develop, design, and implement test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.. Maintain organized test documentation and release notes.. 2. Client Deployment and Validation. Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of client implementations.. Verify all event workflows and integrations before the client's launch.. Ensure that customizations for clients do not compromise the core product’s functionality.. 3. Testing Process and Enhancement. Establish and implement QA processes, templates, and best practices from the outset.. Set up standards for bug tracking and reporting using tools such as JIRA or ClickUp.. Recognize recurring problems and suggest preventive testing strategies.. Investigate possibilities for gradually automating repetitive test scenarios.. 4. Release and Reporting. Provide Quality Assurance sign-offs for every release and deployment.. Track metrics related to defects, regression patterns, and release reliability.. Clearly communicate the quality status and potential risks to leadership and stakeholders.. Desired Qualifications:. 2 to 4 years of experience in testing SaaS or web-based applications.. Strong grasp of manual testing, exploratory testing, and regression methodologies.. Familiarity with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA or ClickUp.. Basic knowledge of APIs, debugging in browser consoles, and SQL queries.. Exceptional documentation and communication capabilities..
