We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a California license to join our team remotely. What You’ll Do: . . Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families via a HIPAA-compliant platform. . Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy. . Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. . Collaborate with a team of supportive clinicians, supervisors, and admin staff. . Attend (optional) team meetings, training, or supervision, as desired. . . Active LMFT license in the state of California . . Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-licensure preferred. . Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth (experience with platforms like Zoom, SimplePractice, or TherapyNotes is a plus). . Strong communication and documentation skills. .
