Perform stress analysis of power plant structures, pressure vessels, piping systems, rotating equipment, and other components using classical and numerical methods.. . Conduct analyses in compliance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements.. . Lead and support finite element analysis activities for vessel, piping, and other nuclear-related components.. . Support fatigue management programs and contribute to design and repair projects for pressure vessel/piping systems.. . Perform mechanical, thermal, and modal analyses using advanced non-linear metallic material models.. . Prepare and present engineering solutions, results, and detailed technical reports to clients.. . Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and participate in client, vendor, and internal meetings.. . . BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.. . 8+ years (with MS) or 10+ years (with BS) of relevant engineering experience.. . Advanced proficiency in finite element analysis tools (ANSYS APDL/Workbench; ABAQUS is a plus).. . Strong understanding of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Section III & XI).. . Skilled in mechanical, thermal, and modal analyses with experience in non-linear metallic material models.. . Exceptional technical report writing and communication skills.. .
