In this position, you will assist clients in Polish, guiding them through the features of our platform and addressing their inquiries.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding property listings, viewings, and platform features via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide clients with detailed information about available properties, market trends, and processes.. . Assist customers in scheduling property viewings and optimizing their search experience on the platform.. . Resolve any questions or issues customers may have promptly and efficiently.. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up.. . Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.. . Stay informed about the Greek real estate market and the functionalities of the platform to enhance customer service.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or tech industry.. .
