Role Overview. As a . Case Manager. , you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms. You'll manage incoming applications, review legal documentation, communicate with attorneys, and guide clients through each step of the funding process. Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications. . Communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation. . Provide compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process. . Document Review and Evaluation. . Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents. . Ensure the completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions. . Process and System Optimization. . Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses. . Monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively. . Must-Haves. . 2+ years in sales, legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, or client-facing roles . . Experience handling sensitive legal documentation . . Familiarity with personal injury case types (e.g., auto accidents, premises liability) . . Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude . . Proficiency in Google Workspace . . Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment . . Nice-to-Haves. . Experience in US legal or insurance sectors . . CRM and legal tracking tool knowledge . .
