As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a central role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT systems and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of IT platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices. This role includes designing and executing automated processes, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also contribute to disaster recovery strategies, cloud deployments, and platform governance. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, reliability, and the user experience across the organization’s technology environment. Manage end-to-end platform support, including architecture, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of applications.. Ensure efficient utilization and governance of IT systems and cloud platforms.. Implement and participate in high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.. Monitor cloud resources and infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability.. Perform deployments, upgrades, and automation tasks using scripting tools (Python, Ruby, Shell, YAML).. Address vulnerabilities, monitor events, and manage certificates in cloud environments.. Work with network features and optimize resource utilization and concurrency issues.. Maintain detailed technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.. 5+ years of experience in installation, configuration, and tuning of enterprise applications, preferably Pega Infinity versions.. 2+ years of experience working with AWS services, including EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, RDS, Athena, Glue, Lake Formation, and SNS.. Proven experience analyzing GC logs, heap dumps, and thread dumps to troubleshoot memory leaks.. Strong knowledge of Pega workflows, rules, and configurations to ensure smooth operation.. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Shell, or YAML for automation.. Familiarity with AWS Glue Catalog, Glue Crawler, CloudWatch monitoring, and certificate management.. Understanding of cloud network topologies, routing, and best practices for efficient resource utilization.. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.. Company Location: India.
