As an LCSW in our outpatient program, you will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to clients dealing with a wide range of concerns—anxiety, trauma, depression, housing instability, systemic oppression, and more. This role offers the opportunity to balance clinical depth with case management insight, delivering truly holistic care.. What You’ll Do:. . Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans. . Provide short- and long-term therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or families. . Facilitate psychoeducational or support groups (optional). . Coordinate care with external providers, social service agencies, and healthcare systems. . Document services accurately and timely in an EHR system. . Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and continuing education. . Contribute to a culture of equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practice. . . Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California (required). . Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. . 1+ years of clinical post-licensure experience preferred (open to strong new LCSWs). . Commitment to culturally responsive care and social justice values. . Comfortable working with underserved, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or unhoused populations. . Experience with crisis intervention, trauma, or co-occurring disorders is a plus. . Strong organizational skills and familiarity with EHR systems. Company Location: United States.
