Key Responsibilities. . Assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and chat.. . Provide detailed information on available accommodations, services, and local attractions to help clients make informed decisions.. . Process reservations accurately, confirming all details to ensure a seamless booking experience.. . Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings professionally and promptly.. . Maintain thorough records of client interactions and reservations in our CRM system.. . Stay informed about hospitality trends and local offerings to provide clients with the best recommendations.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.. .
