Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and coverage options via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.. . Provide accurate and clear information regarding products, including details about benefits and exclusions.. . Assist customers with the claims process, providing guidance and resolution for any issues.. . Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with claims processors and underwriting teams to enhance customer service quality.. . Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and insurance regulations.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Previous experience in customer service, especially in the insurance sector, is preferred.. .
