As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex client projects, ensuring that solutions are efficiently designed, secure, and cost-effective. Lead the design, development, and deployment of client solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.. . Conduct business process reviews and advise on enhancements or improvements to client systems.. . Collaborate with leadership to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and status reporting.. . Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on technical solutions, ERP/FP&A processes, and financial best practices.. . Support performance management by coaching, setting goals, and providing feedback to team members.. . Facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.. . Develop project documentation, runbooks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and internal information.. . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.. . 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in enterprise resource planning or professional services environments.. . Strong knowledge of ERP systems, FP&A processes, accounting principles (AP, AR, GL), and technical modules.. . Proven project management experience, including proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet.. .
