We're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience to join a high-growth team focused on launching into the LATAM market. The ideal candidate is comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day, qualifying leads, and driving top-of-funnel activity for Account Executives.. Key Responsibilities:. . Conduct 80+ cold calls daily to engage potential B2B clients in the LATAM region.. . Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.. . Collaborate closely with Account Executives to set meetings and ensure lead quality.. . Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).. . Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.. . Iterate messaging and outreach strategies to optimize results.. . Requirements:. . Minimum 1 year of experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative.. . Proven success in outbound calling and lead generation.. . Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.. . Strong communication and objection-handling skills.. . Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a remote environment.. . . At least 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B sales or SDR roles, ideally in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification.. .
