Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Systems at Phillips Corporation. We're looking for a highly skilled . Senior Business Analyst. to be the primary liaison between our commercial business units and the IT department. In this key role, you'll lead enterprise initiatives that enhance sales operations, customer relationship management, supply chain, inventory management, and more. This is a unique opportunity to combine your deep business process knowledge with technical expertise to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, data quality, and compliance..  . How you'll contribute mightily to the Phillips mission: . . Stakeholder Engagement & Program Leadership: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT. You'll manage priorities, roadmaps, and delivery for multiple enterprise projects.. . Enterprise Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and improve sales, customer management, supply chain, and inventory processes. . . Master Data Management & Governance: Lead the governance and execution of master data management across commercial and supply chain domains. You'll define standards, integration rules, and quality controls across our CRM, F&O, and related platforms.. . Low-Code / Automation Solutions: Design and deploy workflow automations and applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. You'll also develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility.. . Credit Card Processing & Sales Tax Management: Manage and support our credit card processing platform, ensuring PCI compliance. You'll also oversee our sales tax management solution to ensure full compliance and audit readiness.. .  . What you'll need to be our next Phillips Virtuoso: . . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).. . 10+ years of related experience.. . Proven experience in Master Data Management and governance, Microsoft Power Platform for automation, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O, and familiarity with CPQ systems. Must have experience managing payment processing (PCI compliance) and sales tax management solutions.. . Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, API integration (RESTful APIs), and Office 365 applications, including advanced Excel and SharePoint Online.. .  .
