In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate our food delivery services and ensuring a seamless ordering experience.. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries about menu options, order placements, delivery tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to a positive and enjoyable service experience for our users.. Responsibilities. . Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery inquiries. . Assist customers with menu selections, order placements, modifications, and cancellations. . Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. . Document customer interactions faithfully in our CRM system. . Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery teams to ensure a smooth service experience. . Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve service quality. . Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and delivery policies. . . Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills. . Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving. . Experience in customer service, particularly in food delivery or e-commerce, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. . Passion for food and providing an excellent customer experience. . Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. .
