Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries, including benefits, PTO, and payroll.. . Assist managers with the performance review process.. . Coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.. . Manage the job offer process from coordination to completion.. . Oversee and process semi-monthly payroll.. . Finance Responsibilities. Accounts Payable. . Enter vendor invoices promptly and accurately.. . Reconcile health insurance invoices with payroll deductions.. . Collaborate with the VP of Finance to prioritize urgent payments.. . Process commission payments for channel partners.. . Accounts Receivable. . Generate and enter customer invoices in QuickBooks.. . Distribute invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.. . Coordinate with the VP of Finance for any outstanding payments. . . Sales Support Responsibilities. . Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the sales team.. . Order and manage marketing materials and supplies.. . Support proposal and contract management under the direction of the VP of Sales.. . Assist with lead tracking and management.. . Facilitate the transition of new clients from Sales to Operations.. . . Experience in HR, finance, or administrative support roles.. . Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.. .
