Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.. . Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet project timelines, scope, and budget expectations.. . Oversee study budgets, scope changes, and contract execution, ensuring financial performance and profitability.. . Guide clinical operations and may take on direct clinical responsibilities for smaller-scale studies.. . Manage project plans and risk mitigation strategies to maintain consistent and high-quality trial execution.. . Ensure inspection readiness and quality compliance, including corrective actions when necessary.. . Monitor team progress and trial performance using tracking metrics and KPIs.. . Lead meetings, provide regular project status updates, and present solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.. . Support training initiatives, bid defenses, and business development efforts.. . Mentor team members and contribute to performance reviews and team development.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field required; advanced degree preferred.. . At least 7 years of experience in clinical research and a minimum of 4 years in direct project management.. . Demonstrated success managing global, complex clinical trials, especially within oncology or cell/gene therapy.. . Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, project management tools, and clinical trial systems (eTMF, CTMS, EDC).. . Skilled in project planning, risk and change management, and cross-functional team leadership.. . Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.. .
