Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and other travel services.. . Effectively resolve client issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.. . Guide clients in navigating our online booking platform and assist with any technical questions.. . Document and track customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.. . Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.. . Stay informed about travel industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.. . . Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in customer support or service roles, ideally within the travel industry.. .
