Lead project execution for turbomachinery products, including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, gas and steam turbine-driven packages, for greenfield and brownfield projects.. . Serve as the primary technical interface with customers, building strong relationships and ensuring reliable project execution.. . Collaborate with product, systems integration, service, project management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project delivery.. . Review and assess project requirements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with standards and customer needs.. . Coordinate design activities, technical reviews, risk mitigation, and action plans to resolve engineering issues during project execution.. . Manage engineering documentation, drawings, bill of materials, and ensure compliance with quality targets and regulatory standards.. . Monitor engineering hours, resource allocation, financial targets, and project KPIs.. . Attend and contribute to customer and internal meetings, including kick-offs, design reviews, HAZOP sessions, and project close-outs.. . . Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related engineering discipline.. . Minimum of 7 years’ experience in multidisciplinary roles within Oil & Gas or industrial projects as a System Engineer, Lead Design Engineer, or Project Engineer.. . Proven experience leading technically complex projects with multiple stakeholders.. . Strong knowledge of oil & gas equipment, including gas & steam turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, and expanders.. . Familiarity with technical standards, including API, ASME, FMEA methodology, HAZOP, and design/model reviews.. . Proficiency in 3D CAD tools, MS Office, project management software, and MRP systems.. . Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt; PMP certification is a plus.. . Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.. . Ability to manage high-level stakeholder relationships and define communication strategies.. . Company Location: India.
