Nursing Verification & Support Coordinator. to join their dynamic and growing team.. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all nursing and healthcare-related appointments are accurately recorded, verified, and supported within the scheduling system. . The role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, to follow up with nurses or staff regarding late arrivals, missed sessions, or discrepancies. This position is not a HR role, however does involve elements of accountability and follow-up with staff to confirm reasons for variances.. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service quality, ensuring that appointment records meet client and insurance requirements, and supporting overall operational efficiency.. PLEASE NOTE:. . . Working Hours:. This role requires you to work EST hours, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm EST (15:00 to 24:00 South African time – subject to change dependent on daylight savings). . . . Work Environment:. This is a remote role only. . . . Internet Requirements:. A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. . . . Power Backup:. A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.. . Key Responsibilities. . Review and verify nursing appointments within the scheduling system.. . Identify discrepancies such as overlaps, lateness, or missed appointments.. . Communicate with nursing staff to confirm reasons for delays or missed sessions.. . Document and escalate discrepancies where necessary.. . Collaborate with the scheduling team and onshore supervisors.. . Ensure records meet healthcare and insurance requirements.. . Work with scheduling software (Cubhub, Quickbase, Excel) to maintain accurate data.. . . Previous experience in healthcare administration, scheduling, quality assurance, or operations support (highly advantageous).. . Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.. . High attention to detail and accuracy.. . Tech-savvy; comfortable working with scheduling systems and databases.. .
