This role combines strategic planning, coding, and mentorship to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, establish standards, and deliver measurable outcomes while driving best practices in DevOps, observability, and modern application design. Define and maintain the target Azure cloud architecture, covering applications, data, security, identity, observability, and operations.. Lead modernization efforts, publishing phased migration plans with milestones, owners, risks, and ROI/TCO assessments.. Provide reference implementations, service templates, API standards, and best practices for development and deployment.. Contribute hands-on in C#/.NET development for services, migration adapters, data pipelines, and automated tests.. Oversee platform engineering, including Azure App Services, Functions, Front Door/WAF, Storage, Azure SQL/PostgreSQL, and AKS where appropriate.. Build and mentor high-performing teams, setting coding standards, workflows, and upskilling engineers toward modernization goals.. Establish observability, monitoring, and operational processes to maintain performance, reliability, and security.. . 5+ years of applied solutions architecture experience, including leading multi-system modernization or migration projects.. Strong technical expertise in .NET/C# and working knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services/Functions, Front Door/WAF, Storage, Azure SQL/PostgreSQL) and AKS.. Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC); experience with Bicep is a plus..
