Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI/ML models focused on handwriting recognition, synthesis, and document layout analysis.. . Push the boundaries of Document AI by developing robust, scalable solutions to real-world problems.. . Collaborate closely with engineers, QA, and designers to ship intelligent features quickly and efficiently.. . Drive innovation through experimentation, iteration, and the integration of emerging technologies into core product experiences.. . Publish research or contribute to open-source projects that support the machine learning community.. . . Solid foundation in Deep Learning and sequence modeling with hands-on experience in deploying models to production.. .
