This remote role is ideal for licensed attorneys in LATAM who are fluent in English and have experience supporting U.S. corporate operations.. Key Responsibilities:. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. . Draft . client agreements and contracts. . Create . service agreements, NDAs, partnership contracts. Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risks for U.S.-based clients. . Conduct legal research and provide actionable recommendations on corporate law matters. . Assist in formation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. . Ensure company operations and contracts comply with U.S. federal and state laws. . Support dispute resolution and risk mitigation strategies. . Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address corporate legal inquiries promptly. . Maintain organized legal records, filings, and compliance documentation.. Law degree and active license to practice law in your country. . Fluent in English (written and verbal) for U.S. corporate legal support. . 8+ years of experience in corporate law, contract drafting, or related legal roles. . Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. . Experience with contract negotiation, corporate filings, and corporate governance. .
