We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven . Enterprise Business Development Leader. to work closely with senior leadership and large global enterprises to drive strategic growth. This role will act as a key representative of the organization, building strong, long-term relationships from the ground up while also expanding existing enterprise accounts through upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate brings a proven background in consultative enterprise sales, C-level stakeholder engagement, and large-scale cloud/SaaS technology deployments, with the agility to succeed in fast-paced environments.. Key Responsibilities. Drive . end-to-end enterprise sales cycles. , including lead generation, qualification, executive presentations, product and technology demonstrations, account-based marketing, client evaluations, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, revenue generation, and receivables management. . Build and nurture . trusted advisory relationships. with client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and senior decision-makers. . Continuously assess, clarify, and validate client requirements, converting business needs into . enterprise contracts. to meet and exceed sales targets. . Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful solution delivery aligned with client objectives. . Analyze market and competitive trends using CRM systems and analytics tools, providing actionable insights to refine sales and marketing strategies. . Deliver exceptional client experiences by going the extra mile and maintaining a . high-ownership, execution-focused mindset. . . Requirements. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed institution. . . 10+ years of experience. in enterprise sales or business development within a technology-driven organization. . Strong exposure to . enterprise SaaS / cloud-based solution sales. and large-scale deployments. . Willingness to travel extensively (up to ~80%) across geographies to support client engagements. . Advanced capabilities in . system integrations, requirement gathering, SOW creation, RFI/RFP documentation, commercial proposals, and cross-functional project management. . . Experience preparing and delivering . executive-level presentations. ; familiarity with advanced CRM and sales automation tools is a plus. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present confidently in formal business settings. . Strong organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills, with comfort working in . quota-driven sales environments. . .
