Your work will generate brand exposure and contribute directly to customer acquisition and retention. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and passionate about leveraging influencer and ambassador marketing to grow our market presence.. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting a diverse group of local influencers and ambassadors who align with our brand values and objectives. You will develop and execute influencer and ambassador campaigns that align with both local market objectives and global brand goals, working with them to create authentic and engaging content. You will also establish clear performance metrics (such as engagement rates, referral traffic, and conversions) and track progress to ensure KPIs are met.. You will report to the Head of Marketing for Spain and work closely with the social media manager, events manager, and other local/global colleagues..
