Deliver high-quality remote customer assistance in Polish via phone, email, and chat for Mercedes-Benz clients. . Address inquiries about vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance issues. . Effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure a satisfactory outcome. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and concerns. . Collect customer feedback to help improve our service offerings. . Stay up-to-date with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service updates to provide current information. .
