Futurae is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a deep background in Open Standards, Identity, and Authentication. In this key role, you will be responsible for defining and promoting best practices for integrating the Futurae platform into a variety of enterprise environments, working closely with both our customers and technical partners.. You will collaborate with internal teams, technical partners, and external clients to identify, validate, and document integration patterns that ensure robust and sustainable deployments of Futurae’s Trust Signals & Authentication Suite. As a Solutions Architect, you will take a hands-on approach in shaping and launching an innovative product line focused on fraud prevention in online interactions. Your expertise will position you as a trusted technical advisor, guiding both customers and internal teams on a wide range of technical and regulatory challenges related to identity and authentication.. We are looking for a candidate with proven, hands-on experience in the Identity and Authentication domain. Ideally, you have worked for a company specializing in IAM, authentication, or digital signature solutions-such as remote signing capabilities-or have contributed to large-scale projects related to the European Wallet or eID/eIDAS initiatives. Experience as an active member of working groups with standardization bodies such as W3C, FIDO, NIST, ANSSI, BSI, ETSI, or IETF is highly desirable. If you do not yet possess this experience, we expect that you are proactively seeking such opportunities and actively engaging with open standards or subject matter experts in the field.. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly master the technical aspects of the Futurae platform and independently consult on complex integration scenarios. You should feel confident presenting to diverse audiences and facilitating technical discussions, as well as developing clear technical documentation and specifications. A strong understanding of the regulatory landscape-including PSD3/PSR, EU Digital Wallet ARF, ETSI, and related frameworks-is essential, as is a solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, given the close collaboration with our security team.. Bachelor's degree in Science preferred to be Computer Science, Engineering; Masters, or advanced degree is a plus.. . CEFR C2 english proficiency or native speaker. . 6+ years of combined work experience as Software Developer, Product Manager, Solutions Architect or similar roles. . Good understanding of cryptography and privacy related topics. . Able to travel as needed for conferences and in-person meetings. Estimated travel time is 15% for this position, but travel can be variable.. Tasks & Responsibilities:. . Represent Futurae’s interest at the working groups levels and be a point of reference for topics related to standards and regulations within Futurae.. . Work with Futurae team members, technical partners, and external customers to identify, validate and document integration patterns that promote sustainable deployments of Futurae products and services.. . Develop and maintain integration patterns for Futurae products that will drive adoption across different industries and user scenarios.. . Present architectural and technical content to a wide range of audiences including online and in-person conferences.. . Assist in the development of technical (authentication, encryption, and identity) content, solution architecture documents, and other best practices guides.. . Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Support, and Engineering.. . Collaborate and manage the technical relationship with external teams including technical partners and customers.. . Skills & Experience:. . Minimum of 6+ years experience in the cybersecurity industry: enterprise integration, identity, and authentication.. . Experience with designing and deploying secure systems within the enterprise.. . Proficiency in OpenID-connect and/or SAML 2, Oauth, and various authentication technologies (e.g. smartcard, MFA, GPG etc.). . Familiarity with other major identity providers such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping Identity or others.. . Familiarity with Azure/Google cloud resources.. . You have been part or worked before with Standards and Regulations such as: FIDO, EUDI-ARF, ETSI, CEN, NIST, ANSSI, BSI, etc. and you are familiar with GDPR, PSD2/3, PSR.. . Preferred development or scripting experience that includes leveraging partner libraries and SDKs, calling partner APIs. (e.g. you are familiar with tools such as postman). . Excellent communication and listening skills with internal and external customers including previous experience with public speaking.. . Able to resolve issues while maintaining a good working relationship with internal and external customers.. . Willing to quickly gain knowledge of the Futurae product and services through hands-on learning.. . Work effectively with minimal direct supervision. Share what you learn in an effective way, using simple jargon and articulated documents/articles.. . Able to travel as needed for conferences and in-person meetings.
