This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about education and have a keen desire to support students and educators in their learning journeys. As a key member of our team, you will provide assistance and guidance to users, facilitating their experience with our educational products and services.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, courses, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide support for account issues, course registrations, and technical questions.. . Educate users on product features and how to effectively use the platform.. . Resolve issues and technical difficulties promptly, ensuring user satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and user experience.. . Stay up to date with educational trends and platform updates to provide informed support.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the education or e-learning sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on user engagement.. . Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and friendly manner.. .
