Arabic Speech & Transcription Specialist (UAE) at Volga Partners. Role Overview . We are seeking Arabic speakers based in UAE to support speech and text-based language tasks. This work focuses on recording, reviewing, and evaluating Arabic content to help improve language quality for technology and research use. . Nature of Work . As part of this role, you may be involved in: . Recording Arabic speech in an Emirati dialect, either individually or in conversation with another speaker  . Reviewing and correcting Arabic transcripts for accuracy, clarity, and proper linguistic usage  . Evaluating audio and text quality based on provided guidelines  . Following prompts to produce natural, context-appropriate, and fluent language  . Working across Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and spoken dialects within UAE. Key Skills and Requirements . Language Proficiency . Fluency in Arabic, with strong familiarity with Emirati dialects. Clear understanding of pronunciation, tone, and natural expression  . Ability to distinguish between formal (MSA) and informal usage  . Attention to Detail . Ability to identify and correct linguistic errors  . Strong listening and reading comprehension skills  . High level of accuracy in reviewing and producing content  . Quality Awareness . Commitment to delivering clear and high-quality output  . Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines  . Consistency across tasks  . Communication and Reliability . Ability to meet deadlines and follow task requirements  . Comfortable working independently or collaboratively  . Pay range: . $3.00 – $5.00 USD. per hour, depending on task type and project scope  . Work availability may vary based on project needs  .
