You will work with a reliable weekday schedule, provide consistent care, and keep clinical records organized and up to date.. Responsibilities:. Provide remote therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform. Assess client needs and gather relevant clinical history. Build treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and presenting concerns. Deliver ongoing therapy and evaluate response to treatment over time. Keep documentation complete, accurate, and submitted promptly. Address risk concerns and follow clinical safety procedures. Maintain professional standards for ethics, privacy, and care quality. Work collaboratively with the clinical team when coordination is needed. Master’s degree in a behavioral health field. Active Kentucky LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in good standing.
