Engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide tailored advice on financial products and services.. . Assist customers with account management, transactions, and any queries related to their banking experience.. . Educate clients on banking procedures and policies, ensuring they are well-informed.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records of communications.. . Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and service delivery.. . Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and market trends to provide relevant information to clients.. . Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to maintain strong relationships.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is required.. .
