Handle customer inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and content availability via phone, email, and chat in Danish.. . Provide support on technical issues, account management, and troubleshooting for users.. . Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing to ensure smooth subscription experiences.. . Resolve customer complaints efficiently, focusing on delivering outstanding service and support.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for thorough follow-up and quality assurance.. . Collaborate with the technical team to address customer issues effectively and improve service delivery.. . Stay informed about the latest streaming trends, new content, and features to better assist customers.. . .
